OnePlus 6: Prices and specifications leak on the web

The new OnePlus smartphone made a brief appearance on Amazon Germany where it was referenced with a price starting at 519 euros for 64 GB of storage and 6 GB of RAM.

Theoretically, it would have taken another two days to know the details of the new OnePlus 6, to be presented next Wednesday, May 16. But this Sunday, Amazon Germany sold the wick, apparently unwittingly. The new model made a brief appearance in their shop, as highlighted by the site WinFuture, who took the opportunity to describe the device in length and wide, official images in support. These corroborate the previous images leaked and we find the screen edge to edge and notch.


If we must believe Amazon Germany, the new model will be available from May 22 in two colors, "Midnight Black" and "Mirror Black". Previous rumors spoke of a white version, but it was not on the online sales site. The price referenced was based on storage and memory: 519 euros for 64 GB and 6 GB of RAM; 569 euros for 128 GB and 8 GB of RAM. We therefore remain in the same price range as the OnePlus 5T. The "Midnight Black" version was only available under the 128 GB variant.

Side specifications, there is no real surprise. More or less organized leaks already made it possible to have a fairly accurate idea of ​​the OnePlus 6. Thus, Amazon Germany has indicated a chip Snapdragon 845. And the rear camera is well composed of two modules, 16 and 20 MP with stabilization , portrait mode and slow motion mode. The screen and back of the camera are in Gorilla Glass 5. Both are separated by an aluminum frame. According to the description of Amazon, the device is resistant to water, without specifying the level. Unfortunately, there was no indication on the battery. We will have to wait for the press conference next Wednesday to have all the technical details and, especially, the first grip.
