This Samsung microSD card can record five years of video streaming

Designed for continuous video recording, the microSD Pro Endurance card accepts over 40,000 hours of storage during its lifetime.

The microSD Pro Endurance card is designed for cameras that record a significant number of hours of continuous video, such as surveillance cameras or dashcams. According to the manufacturer, the microSD Pro Endurance card lasts up to 25 times longer than other fast models. The figures announced are indeed high: a total recording of 43,800 hours of Full HD video for the 128 GB version, 26,280 hours for 64 GB and 17,520 hours for 32 GB. The 128 GB card is thus capable of cash 5 years of continuous recording. In comparison, the SanDisk high-strength micro SD card for resistance holds 10,000 hours for the 64GB version (no 128GB model).
The Pro Endurance microSD card offers data rates suitable for 4K video with up to 100 MB / s read and up to 30 MB / s write. It is water resistant (IPX7 certification), magnetic fields, temperature differences and X-rays. Samsung announces a price of about $ 90 for 128 GB, $ 45 for 64 GB and $ 25 for 32 GB. prices in France are not yet known.
