Apple offers not only the data that the user stores on iCloud (bookmarks, contacts, notes, emails, photos, videos, etc.), but also those collected by Apple on him, such as his activity on the App Store or the history of AppleCare support.


Up to a week to recover everything

Once you have selected the data you want, the service then proposes which file size you want to receive: from 1 to 25 GB. If the data exceeds the chosen size, the transfer will be done in several files.


Once the request is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail is sent explaining that the process can take up to seven days to collect the data.


For now the system is available only in the European Union. However 9To5Mac explains that it should be for the whole world in the coming months.
